Pricing
Stock plans are $1.50 per square foot All changes are at an hourly rate of $75 per hour. Estimates gladly given. Repeat sale discounts available.
Our primary goal is to design a new building based on client’s goals. We then create construction documents describing the requirements of the structure. Documents will show enough detail to gain a local building permit and to effectively and efficiently guide the construction of the project.
Please note: Although Log Rhythms Inc. is not a licensed engineer; we will work directly with an engineer licensed in the state in which you want to build in. We work with a number of local engineers, or we will work with an engineer of your choice.

- SITE PLAN
- FOUNDATION PLAN and DETAILS
- FLOOR PLANS
- ELEVATIONS
- FLOOR and ROOF FRAMING PLANS
- CROSS SECTION
- CONSTRUCTION DETAILS AS REQUIRED
Interior elevation drawings and electrical plans can be added to our services, if requested. The design services described above do not include: surveying, structural engineering, HVAC design, materials specifications and/or landscaping plans. If these services are requested, they can be added to the contract and we will work in cooperation with other service providers.
